Kasper Bjørke is without a doubt one of the most renowned and versatile Danish contributors to the international electronic music scene.

A string of productions has been set off from his studio since 1999, including releases on labels like Eskimo, Mirau, Compost Black Label, Plant, etc. and his latest two albums incl. the third and well-praised studio album “Fool” was put on the circuit on April 1st 2012 via Acapella Records.

Acapella Records also recently released his massive remix showcase compilation named “Remix Crusades (2007 - 2013)”. A huge 24 track piece that includes some of the best remixes Kasper did of others - and the best that others did of his work.

Kasper has pretty much covered the whole artist spectrum when it comes to remixes: from underground acts like Tristesse Contemporaine, Wareika and Gluteus Maximus to international pop names like Moby.

As a DJ Kasper has played countless gigs all over the planet during the last decade - from legendary clubs like Panorama Bar and Watergate in Berlin, Rex and Social Club in Paris, D Edge in Sao Paolo, Fabric in London, Cielo, Le Bain and Output in New York, Electric Pickle in Miami to renowned international festivals like Iceland Airwaves, Sonar Reykjavik, Calvi on the Rocks, Montreux Jazz Festival and the mother of all European festivals: Roskilde.

Besides handling his own artist career, Kasper has recently started managing other artists including Trentemøller and rising stars Reptile Youth. Furthermore he is also involved in the management of Oh Lands own new imprint Tusk or Tooth, the Brooklyn residing Danish singer discovered by Kasper back in 2007.

Crossing over into the world of fashion Kasper was - alongside the Russian DJ Nina Kraviz - picked as “Hugo Artist” of the year 2012 for Hugo (by Hugo Boss), being one of the official “faces” of the Hugo blog and DJing at different events around Europe. He also created a part of their runway soundtrack at Berlin Fashion Week in July 2012.

Joining forces with bass player / singer / DJ Jon Atli Helgasson a.k.a. Sexy Lazer of Human Woman-fame as The Mansisters they formed their camp side project back in 2012 with the release of the debut “E.P. Phone Home (EP)” on My Favorite Robot. Also collaborating in clubs as back to back DJ team, The Mansisters have their next release set in January 2014 via Jennifer Cardini’s very own label Correspondant.

Constantly in creative motion Kasper is currently recording material for his 4th solo album - which will be released via Acapella Records in 2014.
